How do I connect my QuickBooks Online account?
Navigate to Data Import in the sidebar, click Connect QuickBooks, and authorize the connection on Intuit's secure page. Once authorized, your financial data will sync automatically.
How often does my financial data sync?
Your data automatically syncs on the 1st of each month before monthly reports are generated. You can also trigger a manual sync at any time from the Data Import page using the Sync Now button.
What QuickBooks data do you access?
We access your Chart of Accounts, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow data. We have read-only access — we never write or delete data in your QuickBooks account.
How is my data protected?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES before storage. Access is restricted by role and company-level permissions. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I disconnect my QuickBooks account?
You can disconnect at any time from your QuickBooks account by going to Apps in QuickBooks Online and clicking Disconnect next to ModlOS. We'll receive the disconnect notification and remove all related access tokens from our system.
How do I invite team members or clients?
Go to User Management in the sidebar to invite team members. To invite clients, use the Client Portal page where you can send an invite with a specific company assigned.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email support@modlos.io with a description of the issue or feature request. Screenshots and the steps to reproduce a bug help us resolve it faster.
